Welcome to my Final
Fantasy Site

Here I have a more comprehensive site about
Final Fantasy II and III, and other VRPGs(my own abbreviation for Video game Role-Playing
Games because I don't like writing it out) made by Square Soft and other companies. This
page is also my homepage for those of you who can't use frames.
Final Fantasy VII
If you are a VRPG fan and don't have this, I
can think of two reasons of why not. Number 1, you are still trying to raise money to buy
it. Number two, you don't have a Playstation and you still have to raise money to buy a
Playstation and FFVII. I feel sorry for these people and hope that they get this game real
soon. Otherwise for those people who are to busy playing FFVII to ever see this page I
have some tips. Nothing big that would spoil the game, except maybe the in-depth chocobo
page. But to me anything that would help someone to get through a game without relying on
just their own wits is a spoiler. So I've set off my little hints on another page so they
won't be accidentally seen. I'm on the second CD, so if you're past that then none of this
is really a spoiler read on.

Final Fantasy II
System:SNES
Out of all the VRPGs Final Fantasy II would be
my favorite. I know that's a very debatable statement but I will respond to e-mail to
defend it, or at least try. Although this game does not have the semi-customizable parties
that it's prequel and sequel have it was the most enjoyable to me. It had three whole
world's to explore. More will be added later.
Final Fantasy III
System:SNES
FFII is a VRPG with about 10 characters, I
forget how many there are exactly. The graphics were a big step up from FFII. But graphics
aren't even a minor part of a VRPG, the important part of a VRPG is the plot, and the plot
in this game is a great one. Being able to use every character in the game at the final
battle is a also good option. The game had no main character although some characters were
more developed than others. More will be added later.
Chrono Trigger
System:SNES
This game was a great game and was really fun.
It good graphics and a great plot. Its only downfall was its difficulty and length. This
was not particularly for VRPG fans. This game was more for introductory players who are
new to VRPGs. Although it did have a lot feature like multiple endings and other secrets
that were harder to find it WAS basically a beginner VRPG.I'm not trying to put the game
down but it just is. I still found it fun anyway though so don't let it being a simple
VRPG stop you from playing it.
Breath of Fire
System:SNES
This game was a really neat one from square
that just wasn't as popular as the others. It was a great game and I'm sad I couldn't play
the sequel which unlike the FF series was an actual sequel. More later.
Top Five Square VRPGs
1.FFII
2.FFVII (due to the fact I haven't beat it I
don't know if it is better than FFII, the ending is a major part of the plot)
3.FFIII
4.Breath of Fire
5.Final Fantasy (not Square but deserves it)
More games will also be added later,
too.
